Jane McSweeney, CPNP
Jane McSweeney is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, specializing in the care of infants, children and adolescents. Jane earned her B.S. in nursing at the College of Mt. St. Vincent and her masters in nursing from Hunter College, and has 27 years of nursing experience in various areas of patient care including surgery, ambulatory care, convalescent burn, high-risk obstetrics, neonatal and pediatrics. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Jane is also an adjunct professor at Pace University.
At the Somers office of Westchester Health Pediatrics, Jane excels at identifying, evaluating and treating children with a variety of complex medical and developmental conditions.
Developing long-term relationships with my patients and their families to help maintain and improve their health and overall well-being is what I love about being a pediatric nurse practitioner. I particularly emphasize disease and accident prevention, childhood development and effective family communication so my patients can be as healthy and happy as possible.
